It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.


JC's British & 4x4 will not be held responsible for loss or damage to vehicle or articles left in vehicle in case of fire, theft, accident or any other cause beyond our control.  Customer agrees to pay all collection costs and /or attorneys fees in the event that default is made in any payment due.  If vehicle is returned to customer without repair service being performed, a diagnostic and handling fee (including reassembly) may be charged. Your vehicle may be used in marketing pictures taken by the shop. Storage charges of $35 daily begin 3 days after completion or while waiting for authorization.​


All repair work is warranted for 2 yrs or 24k miles for North American Spec vehicles under 20 years old, to the original purchaser, unless noted otherwise. Vehicles older than 20 years or ROW (Rest of World) vehicles are offered a 1yr or 12k mile warranty. Any warranty work must be performed at JC's British & 4x4. Used parts are warranted for 30 days with no labor warranty.


All new parts are warranted for 12 months/12k miles. Returns on new parts are subject to a 20% restock fee. No returns on special order parts, electrical parts & control modules. Used parts warranted for 30 days. - No returns on used parts. No returns after 30 days. All returns must be accompanied by an invoice.

All sales are final. No refunds are offered beyond the warranties offered and restock policies as mentioned above.
