Our years of Land Rover and automotive service excellence enable us to take care of our customers like no other.
JC’s British & 4x4 staff consists of previously factory trained Land Rover Master & Certified Technicians, as well as ASE Master Techs and ASE Certified Techs.
Our training does not end there; we attend specialty classes from Automotive Training Institute, WorldPac Training Institute, and Autologic whenever possible.
Craig has over 20 years experience working with Land Rovers. Spending his prior years with both Land Rover Denver East & Land Rover Honolulu before joining our team in 2012. He is both a Rover and off-road enthusiast. As a long time owner of multiple Rovers, and his experience as an employee for both the dealership and our independent shop; he offers a unique perspective towards the product and our customers. His expertise and good nature have always been a great asset.
Jeff has joined our team as of Nov '17. He comes to us from Illinois where he worked for the Land Rover dealer since 2004 as both a technician and service advisor. His experience in the industry since the early '90s as well as his associates degree in automotive technology from Lincoln Tech make him a valued addition to our team.
ASE Certified Technician
Eric joined JC's British & 4x4 in Dec '18 and has quickly become an integral member of our team. He's worked on quite a range of vehicles, including being a helicopter mechanic while serving in the USAF. And likes to spend his free time mountain biking and raising his new puppy.
ASE Master Technician
Nick has joined our team as of July 2014. Nick is an ASE certified master tech, with about 10 years in the field. His enthusiasm for learning new skills and vehicles is extraordinary, as is his dedication to quality of work.
Rob has joined the JC's Team in Sept '19, bringing with him 12+ years of aftermarket automotive parts experience, ranging from wholesale warehousing and delivering (500,000 + miles) to purchasing and inventory control and most things in between. A Colorado native, Rob’s family roots date back to the settling of Ft Collins in 1883. Rob spends his free time in the mountains when the weather is nice and writing in the winter months.
Ben has joined our team in Sept '19, coming here from the east coast and a well respected LR & BMW specialty shop. He's also an enthusiast of both brands, so much so that he has a BMW straight 6 in his D90 (a factory option on some South African trucks!)
Andy has joined our team as of April '19. Moving here from the east coast, Andy left his military deuce and a half behind and drove his '04 DII to Colorado to join our team. His 4 years experience working for a Mercedes restoration shop North Carolina will be a great help in us taking on more classic Rover and ROW Defender projects.
Sales Associate, Marketing, & HR
Dena has joined the JC's British & 4x4 team as of June '17 in anticipation of our expansion into vehicle sales and outfitting. She will be wearing many hats during this transition from HR to shop and event photography and marketing, and eventually to customer service and sales once the expansion facility opens. Dena has years of retail management and customer service experience and will be a great addition to our business family.
Dena is also Jeff's fiance and has been thoroughly indoctrinated into the Land Rover lifestyle over the last 7 years, having met in 2010 and promptly introduced to Land Rovers off road at the 2010 Land Rover National Rally in Moab, UT. She has quickly taken to off roading, and has even laid claim to Jeff's P38 Range Rover as "her" off road truck. :)
ASE Certified Technician
Ted has joined the JC's British & 4x4 team in June '19. A graduate of Denver Automotive and Diesel College with over 17 years experience, Ted is a welcome addition.
Sales & Outfitting
Jordan graduated from DeVry University in 2008. He is an avid off-road enthusiast who has been building and working on vehicles ever since his first car. He enjoys off-road racing, modern vehicles, as well as antique automobiles and equipment. When he’s not in the shop he can be found on the trail, working in his garage, or volunteering with Mile-Hi Jeep Club.
Shop Owner and Founder
I've been a mechanic and technician for almost 25 years now. I had started in electronics, taking one semester of electrical engineering at State University of New York Farmingdale college. During that time my vehicle problems drove my interest toward the automotive field. So I switched directions and attended an automotive trade school for 1 year, then got my A.A.S. degree from SUNY Farmingdale in Automotive Engineering.
From there I have worked at two major shops: Pep Boys for about 3.5 years, and Land Rover Denver South for 5 years. In that time, I have earned ASE Master Tech status, as well as achieving Land Rover Master Tech status in 2004. From August 2004 through March 2005 I was an instructor at Denver Automotive and Diesel College, teaching the Brake system and Manual driveline classes. I opened JC’s in April 2005, knowing that Rover owners needed an option to the dealership.

Land Rover certifications: Are only available through Land Rover while working for one of their dealerships. A Land Rover Master tech had to have completed multiple training classes and worked for Land Rover for over 5 years, a Certified tech had completed some of the courses and, I believe, worked there for over 2 years.
