Set Them Free
We exist with the goal of ending human trafficking globally. Our purpose is to raise money for those rescuing and rehabilitating the victims of human trafficking as well changing culture and laws around the world. Set Them Free hosts many fund raisers, from Walks & runs, to special screenings, and even an Off road event.The Set Them Free Off Road event, http://stfoffroad.org/, is held in July each year.
Bill Burke's 4-Wheeling America
Bill Burke is an internationally recognized trainer and recovery expert who teaches back country driving techniques, winching and extrication methods, vehicle preparation and maintenance, land navigation and woods skills through classes, private training, instructor and trail leader courses to individuals, families, groups, clubs, vehicle manufacturers and dealers, tour operators, government agencies, and all organizations that use 4WD vehicles in their operations.
The Western National Land Rover Rally
The Western National Land Rover Rally is a collaborative effort of multiple Land Rover clubs/groups from around the West, including Arizona Land Rover Owners, Southern California Land Rover Club, Northern California Land Rover Club, Great Basin Land Rover Club, High Desert Rovers, and Land Rover Las Vegas. In hopes of creating the largest Land Rover event in the United States, this group of Land Rover fans decided it was time to pool the resources of these groups and design a Land Rover experience like no other.
Tread Lightly
Tread Lightly! and its partners lead a national initiative to protect and enhance recreation access and opportunities by promoting outdoor ethics to heighten individuals' sense of good stewardship. Tread Lightly!'s goal is to balance the needs of the people who enjoy outdoor recreation with our need to maintain healthy ecosystems and thriving populations of fish and wildlife.
Overland Journal
Overlanding is about exploration, rather than conquering obstacles. While the roads and trails we travel might be rough or technically challenging, they are the means to an end, not the goal itself. The goal is to see and learn about our world, whether on a weekend trip 100 miles from home or a 10,000-mile expedition across another continent.
