This was my first non-dealer service on my LR4. Great service and great communication during the service. It was real convenient that JCB has after-hours lock boxes to drop off and pick up my vehicle after hours. I'll be back!

Had a great experience with JC’s and don’t think I’ll ever be taking my rover elsewhere. Took my Evoque in for an oil change and to get a diagnostic on a clunk coming from the front of the car. Turns out both left struts had been damaged in a collision and needed replacing, and a few other things came up as well. They were honest with us on what needed to be replaced for safety reasons right away and what could wait or may never need fixing. One of the issues would have been an incredibly expensive fix but Jeff told us it wasn’t urgent and wasn’t compromising the safety of the car and may never end up being an issue (fingers crossed). He could easily have told us it was necessary to replace right away and we would have been none the wiser but he didn’t-the people here really do have integrity. They got the struts replaced very quickly after they arrived, and were awesome at dealing with the insurance company for the claim we made for the collision damage. They even found some bolts to hold my license plate on better since my bracket is a little messed up-it was the most minor thing on the list of things that needed done to the car and things I had asked them to look at but they didn’t forget about it. Everyone we spoke to during the process was awesome and kept us updated on everything, and at the end they did some really nice things for us when it came to the bill. I like this place a lot, they’ll give everything to you straight, they’re honest, and they and do very high quality work, my car is driving better than ever. Many thanks to Jeff and the entire team, looking forward to working with them on all my car needs going forward (just hopefully not too often!)

I’ve never felt more confident when leaving my vehicle for service. The team at JC’s are all extremely knowledgeable and friendly (Seriously, I’m pretty sure these guys could put Chick-fil-A‘s customer service standards to shame). I love that they don’t try and oversell you on things you don’t necessarily need and you don’t get the feeling that they’re just there to take your money and run. They treat their customers in a way that makes you WANT to come back. Unlike taking your LR to a Land Rover dealership, you aren’t going to pay big $$$$ and leave feeling unsure about the quality of work being done on your car. I am a forever customer of JC’s and plan to tell everyone that will listen to me about how great this shop and it’s staff is!
