I'll start by saying their facility and nice, location not too bad and there is a true Land Rover/Range Rover feel here. My dealings with two front room staff was pleasant and all people were very nice. I brought a 07 Range Rover with low miles to them for a check engine light diagnosis. They also has a pre-purchase inspection option for a reasonable price so I did that too (even though I already bought the car the week prior). They did a great job on the inspection and I'm very happy with that. I did not have them do any more work because the check engine issue was one they charged me $175 for (the diagnosis was part of the inspection). I didn't authorize the charge and they never mentioned it. They did fix a loose wire connection in a visible location, so that's good. I just didn't appreciate how they didn't tell me there was a charge, didn't call to get the okay. Instead of having them do the $2.5k+ of work the car needed, I paid them for the inspection and check engine issue and will have someone else do the work. I called the dealer and their pricing was about the same so I will just get the inspection items done there. Seems foolish to loose a new customer with a need for decent work just to get $175 to fix a loose wire that took 10 minutes. Especially when they know we have two Rovers in the household. Without that issue, these guys are 5 stars!
