The work was good, the price is going up but the frustrating part was the communication about what was going on. My car was there for a week and I was trying to get away for the long weekend - I received only one phone call for the week about the transfer case rebuild.
David, I appologize for the lack of communication. I know we were very busy, but that is no excuse for not keeping you properly up to date on the status of the repairs. I will endevor to rectify any communication issues in the future.
