As always, a quick call to JC's regarding unusual behavior of the idiot lights on the dash led me to understand the alternator on my Disco 2001 was dying, and after only 194,000 miles! Lol. In at 4pm, out the next day (with new serpentine belt too) means I'm making house calls again before 24 hours are up. Amazing. Damn good service.

Again, I am very impressed with the professional way you run your business. I could not help but listen to the way you handled your calls and it was impressive. The level of detail you when you describe the problem and what needs to be done to solve it is comforting. The customer could check prices on parts if he or she wanted to. Labor is priced as well. My only suggestion is that you have a map available at your front desk that details an area within perhaps a mile of your place in each direction just in case someone gets lost. Steve

Thanks for getting her back on the road. I think for as much as I bring this sucker in there, and you guys knowing that whatever work needs to get done is going to be done at your shop, maybe waving the $160 multi-point inspection fee would be super cool, but I will be back either way. Something like a frequent flyer/loyalty award would taste good I think. See you all soon.

I always get excellent service! Employees are courteous. They explain repair work in easy-to-understand terms. They are fast. And much more economical than a Land Rover dealer. I've never had a bad experience.

Having worked with Jeff and his crew since 2002, he has always provided awsome service. Everything from Suspension, to electrical, to full 3.9 to 4.6 engine replacement, JC's is my Landrover 110 garage. Now if he could help me get 30 MPG out of my defender.....: )

Thanks Steven for the praise, we all really appreciate it.I'd love to get 30 MPG, for myself and everyone, but to date the only likely way is with a diesel conversion.

After 2 other repair shops were unable to fix my air conditioning, JC's was able to solve the problem and fix my air conditioning. I am extremely pleased. They were very professional and courteous. I would definitely bring my car back to them.

Very pleased with the service received. After two other looks by mechanics unable to solve the problem with our 2000 Discovery, JC's diagnosed the issue, repaired it and had our Rover back to us within a day. We definitely recommend their services and will go back to them for any future repair work.

Dealing with them on two seperate occasions now, i have been extremely satisfied with the level of service and customer service provided. One recomendation i do have is for a phone call to notify me when vehicle work has been started, verify work to be done and estimated time of completion.
