Michelle, We are very sorry to hear that you are still experiencing issues with your power seats. When the vehicle first arrived here 7/21/2022 it was found that someone had previously installed a 20 amp fuse in a circuit designed for only 10 amps (Fuse 26P, remaining fuses at front and rear fuse boxes had correct amperage fuses). After installing the correct amperage fuse, your seats were working as designed with no other signs of further issues at that time. We know that shortly after that visit, your seats stopped working again, and the vehicle returned 7/29. At that time it was found that fuse 9p for the front seats logic line had a 20amp fuse now installed in a circuit designed for 15amps. Further inspection revealed chaffed wires that were also repaired during that visit, and with the wiring repairs and correct amperage fuses, the seats were once again operating as designed. When the fuse amperage is too high for the circuit design, current can rise above the permitted value and damage wiring and components or potentially start a fire. While the seats were functional after those repairs, it is possible that circuit or component damage may have already occured by having the incorrect amperage fuses installed elsewhere. While we do our best to remedy customer concerns cost effectively and in a timely manner, damage to circuits outside of our care and control can certainly make that a challenging endeavor, also preventing us from making further repairs under warranty. We can appreciate your perception and concern, but perhaps this offers a more detailed perspective. Hopefully, your seat issues are behind you; but in case they are not, JC's British would be willing continue diagnosing the system for up to two hours as a gesture of good will.

It started out a bit rocky but once Craig got involved he stepped up fixxed my issues and truly went over and above to make things right. Sometimes employees do something not quite right and as long as management steps up and fixxed it that's what matters.
